Spring 2012 Registration Information

Registration and payment are available online. It takes many hours to process registrations, and this work is done by one volunteer. In order to reduce the amount of time she has to spend on paperwork and bookkeeping, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Create a separate order and pay separately for each child.
  2. Checkout: Include your child’s name, age and your current Lutz member number on the checkout page.
  3. Confirmation: Once we have received your registration, you will receive an email from MHC. You should also receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If you do not receive these, please email us right away. Once your registration and payment have been processed, you will receive a final confirmation from MHC.
  4. Contribution: Parents not teaching or serving on the committee are required to contribute in some way every week. We need hallway monitors, field monitors, cleanup and setup crew, teacher assistants, etc. Please feel free to suggest alternate ways in which you would like to help. Sign-ups will be available on the first day of classes.

The last day to register is March 14. Late registration is only possible at the discretion of the committee and with instructor approval.

If you are unable to make an online payment, you can still register for classes online and mail in your payment. However, your registration will not be processed until payment is received. Please be sure to allow enough time for us to receive your payment by the above deadline. If the classes you would like to register for are full when we receive your check, we will return it to you.
